sorry for the inconvenience!!
i had the blog in my account so that its more fangbian for me to blog, instead of signing off my account and into the class one whenever i blog. but blogger forced my to move my account to the new system. i din realise that it moved the class blog too and the usual way of blogging by signing into the class account dun work anymore. hence i tried to create a new google account so that the class can blog again.
for those who asked me how to blog,

I see our juniors actively posting entries onto their class blog and I feel compelled to do so too. =/ Well, we have been tagging but we arent updating our blog entries! =( Ok, here's the first post in Feb by me!
Info from smbEcons Lecture Exercise 6: Distinguish between planned expenditure and actual expenditure.
Planned expenditure is also referred to as intended or ex ante expenditure. This expenditure is made up of planned spending by consumers, the investment plans of firms, planned spending by government as well as export and import spending plans. These plans are based on a host of factors including the current (perhaps expected) level of incomes of consumers, business confidence and employment levels, government objectives, the government’s budgetary positions, foreign exchange rates, etc.
Actual expenditure is also referred to as realized or ex post expenditure and refers to the consumption, investment, government spending and net exports actually achieved. This outcome may differ from the planned amounts, i.e. planned expenditure may differ from actual expenditure.
